List of ingredients
- 2 pristine foods chicken quarters
- 1 yellow onion (coarsely chopped)
- 5 large red potatoes
- 3 large carrots (coin cut)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon salt (if chicken broth is not salted)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Mix garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper into the chicken broth.
- Place chicken quarters skin side down into the slow cooker.
- Pile potatoes, onions, and carrots on top.
- Pour spiced stock over chicken and vegetables.
- Cook on high 2 hours, then cook on low until vegetables reach desired doneness and chicken falls off the bone.
