List of Ingredients
- 3 medium sized boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoon course ground salt
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 large orange juiced OR ½ cup of orange juice
Marinating the Chicken Breasts.
- Mix dry spices in a bowl.
- Puncture chicken breasts with a fork to create small holes.
- Coat both sides of Chicken Breasts with dry spices.
- Pour juice over the chicken breasts. Reserve about 1/3 of the just for later use.
- Marinate the chicken breast uncovered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Grill the Chicken Breasts.
- Oil the grill grate.
- Pre-heat Grill to Medium heat or 350°F.
- Cook chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness
- Spoon remaining 1/3 of orange juice on the chicken breasts as they cook.
- Ensure that the internal temperature of the chicken is cooked to 165°F.
Stir Fry the Chicken Breasts
- Cut the marinated chicken breasts into thumb sized pieces.
- Place the chicken breast pieces into a medium depth pan on medium heat.
- Pour the remaining 1/3 of orange juice into the pan as the chicken breasts are cooking.
- Ensure that the internal temperature of the chicken is cooked to 165°F.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the pan and enjoy.
